When your friend is chasing you, it is not an appropriate time to yell, "Rape!" When you are about to play a game, it is not an appropriate time to tell someone you are going to "rape" them at whatever game it is.When convincing your parents to walk someplace, it is not an appropriate time to say, "What? It's not like I'm going to get raped.When you are about to get raped, it is an appropriate time. I believe everyone should follow these rules, even if I choose not to.
